The owner is super nice and respectful. He finished my watch really quickly so I didn’t have to wait, and the shop is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!
The owner was very nice and did a great job fixing my bracelet, necklace, and cleaning my watch. I thought the watch needed to be fixed but he let me know I could just wind it for it to work instead of charging me for something I didn’t know. I appreciate this so much and from now on I will be going here for all of my jewelry and watch needs!
Rachid was great and very personable! We had a couple good laughs while chatting :) He sized and took links off my Seiko watch while I waited. It only took about 10 mins. There were 4 other customers that came in while I waited and he was very nice to everyone. His jewelry shop AND the work area he does repairs is super clean and very presentable. The place was really well lit and the jewelry displayed was beautiful.
I inherited my mother's wedding ring and came into Rashid's shop to get it resized a few days ago. I picked it up today, not only was it the correct size, but he also made the 45-year-old ring look brand new! Very kind owner and fantastic customer service. I won't go anywhere else for jewelry repair in the area. Highly recommend!
Rachid provided excellent customer service from the minute I walked into the door until I left the store. He was patient and helpful in every way. He even worked until after work hours on a Saturday to accommodate me. I had to resize my wedding ring and also change the watch battery. He did everything within a few hours on a very busy workday.
