This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to fix my boyfriend’s watch, and within 10 minutes she had it fixed. Absolutely recommend this place
Very disappointing experience. I stopped by just to get a few watch batteries replaced, but the customer service was terrible. No greeting or friendliness at all — it felt like they didn’t even want my business. The woman there just said, “Give me the watches and I’ll call you, I have people ahead of you,” with no price given and no receipt for the valuable watches I was leaving. I had a ring band fixed my husband smashed at work. I thought it was not repairable but he fixed it. It is better than before it was broken.
Just picked up my jewelry today he did an awesome job on sizing down my ring and fixing my braclet. I recommend him.
