I called and asked about getting a loose gem appraised and I didn't know what I was talking about I was trying to say the name that I think the gem is and the lady on the phone it's completely rude and mocked me for not being able to say it right all I know is I'm not taking my business to them totally rude and very unprofessional

I went into this store about a week ago to get my ring fixed. (Grandmothers diamond was loose.) During that time I had to listen to the counter girl tell me her life story and then tell me the jeweler was out and wouldn't be back for an hour. I returned today and same counter girl asked to help and I told her I was there to have the jewler look at my ring and give me suggestions. Give me a break. Three weeks to gold solder, a cracked bail. Why don't you just tell me you want me to leave jewelry there So you can swap out stones. I would have more respect for you. Good thing I had my wife leave me on video call when she walked in. This is why some small businesses are dying. You get shady and act suspicious. It will affect your business. Don't prey on people It is not necessary to do business.
