Complete joke of an experience. I came in for ring sizing and asked to have a necklace cleaned. They charged me $10.00 plus tax for the cleaning, misleadingly using the price tag of the cleaning bottles on display. As a former jewelry store manager, I was shocked. No standard jewelry store charges for a basic cleaning, and they definitely shouldn't be drying your items with a paper towel. Find a store that actually uses proper jewelry cloths and honest pricing.

Do not recommend had to return multiple times for my repairs. First visit dropped off a pair of earrings and a ring. The ring was resized incorrectly so had to wait another week to pick up and the 1 of the earrings stud broke within 24 hrs. Came back the 2nd to pick up the earring and was charged for a back piece. Strongly do not recommend.
This place is a big joke. Enough said!
