Tommy is a true expert in his field…and he’s so honest and fair!
Have been going to this shop over past couple of years. Most recently I have had engagement stones fall out after being serviced there. Other smaller surrounding diamonds fall out on a regular basis as well as 2 stones from my mother’s ring fall out. Have made at least 4-5 trips back and forth in the past few months because settings were poor or never fully checked and stones fall out. I had a lot of faith in this store but moving on.
