Bought two chains and a pendant, were told they weren’t going to change color in water, both chains and pendant did within a week. We didn’t have to be lied to. Lame!
Bought a necklace on 7/2 and it broke 1sr day will not answer phone
Great service. Dropped off two rings that needed prongs rebuilt and CZ stones replaced. Beautiful job completed and no charge for the stone replacement.
Nate helped my signifigant other and I pick out companionship rings, and was very happy with our rings and service!
The staff was very helpful in assisting my disabled father. They have a great product selection and awesome customer service!
