These places are a rip off. They sell you jewelry at a very high price and when you go to trade it in, they don't even give you half. They may offer you a couple hundred dollars. I purchased a ring for $1800 and was offered $300 for it. Do not use any of them, they are all the same. They are all out for themselves.
