I called, asked a question about a necklace repair, and the woman who answered just hung up on me. Another one-start review reflects a similar experience. It seems pretty easy to say "I'm sorry we don't do that" or something similar. Instead, being rude and hanging up has now earned you two negative reviews. Seems like a dumb trade to me, but hey, it's your business.
Had two rings that needed repair and they did a wonderful job. And a great price. I am glad I found a place I can trust they will do a great job,

2:00 p.m. Wednesday. I'm pulling in the parking lot and see all the signs say that the store is open, signs are flashing, someone in the store. All I need is a quick repair on a watch so I figured I should be in and out in a few minutes. Unfortunately the lady who was in the store and wouldn't open the door even though supposedly the store is open.
