They charged fully to repair my watch but got back it without done exactly. I should have been informed what my watch needed exactly before quoting, I confirmed the price for replacement crystal and fixing, I told them it doesn’t work as well, also I can’t understand why didn’t they check the watch it works or doesn’t.

Just got engaged & needed to size down on my ring. The owner was able to size down my ring the same day & got it down in 20 minutes! Every other place around gave us a 2 week wait. He did such an excellent job & the price was right. We’ll be recommending him to everyone!
Went there to have gold tested but the not so knowledgeable lady with dreads there immediately says my 24k necklace is coated and she wouldn't even bother testing it. So o says ok I have a 22k necklace on (which I know is real) could you test that one, so after looking at it and saying she has no reason to think it's fake i said well can you test it she says no we can't test anything 22k and up lol.
