The safety clasp was broken on my gold bracelet. It seemed like a simple fix and took only 2-3 days to return after being sent out. The cost was just shy of $63.00 (including tax). I thought that was a pretty steep price for a small adjustment (the clasp was not replaced, just adjusted).
