I have shopped for new jewelry and had jewelry repaired at Jewelry Design Center since moving to Tri-Cities in 2020. The staff are very well trained and always willing to show me new jewelry. They are great in communication as well. I recommend them highly!

I went to Jewel Design Center to find a specific pair of earrings, plus I needed some repair work done for my late mother’s jewelry. Caitlyn was an immense help, she is very knowledge as well as personable. She helped me through the process and my new earrings arrived and I love them! The repair work done was perfect and I can’t even find where they made the them. I am extremely satisfied with the whole experience and I will be going back again. Thank You Caitlyn for you help and your kindness.
This was my first visit to Jewelry Design Center and I was extremely pleased with the services I was provided. I had a delightful young lady named Addy, who facilitated most of my needs — sizing a ring, repairing a prong on my wedding ring, changing a ring into a pendant and the purchase of a bracelet that needed to be ordered from the manufacturer. Communication was clear and excellent. I highly recommend this store — great selections and knowledgeable staff.
