They do not stand behind their work and blame it on the customer when their repairs fail. I've used them several times with good results, however, this wasn't the case on this repair. Highly highly disappointed in the service
I had a set of rings put together as one. For a while i was OK with h the work he did however, one of the things came loose. They say it's because it is so thin. My rings were not thin before. Instead of welding the rings with gold, it looks like he just melted them together and now they are coming apart. I'm not very happy since i paid $100 for his unsatisfactory work.
