Horrible Experience, owner Mitch Hankin didn't consign my numerous items I left in his store. Only 40 items of my 120 pieces you agreed to consign, were listed in inventory. You didn't return my property to me, kept it as your own and sold it in your store. You kept my 1-1/2 carat diamond when you agreed to get it GIA certified grading.
