I brought my watch in for a battery replacement and the backing was not tightened properly, water entered the case and I cannot get the owner Najeeb to return my calls. Do not go there! If I could give less than 1 star I would!
I got my watch fixed here. It broke again, not even an hour later.
Do not take your watches there for battery replacement. They broke my Movado watch and definitely don't know what they are doing.
They sold me a fake pendant charged me $400
