Well as to actual service I have no idea as I couldn't get past speaking to this extremely rude person on the phone. Lost my business right there. There are plenty of Jewelers in Vegas who would, are, more than happy to have my business and my money, and they are extremely polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and competent. This place is great. Changed my mother's watch battery to the proper size battery free of charge!
Superior service. Great prices. Very personable owner. The ring he sized for me is perfect. He also repaired a necklace that is now wearable. He cleaned all my diamond and other jewellery; they look like new. Very trustworthy.
