My family brought my favorite custom-made bracelet to be fixed. Only to find I have two links removed. I was expecting a simple and professional service. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The jeweler removed the links with jewels and kept them!! A reputable jeweler should respect the integrity of a custom piece and be accountable for every part they remove. Instead, I have seen no effort to make things right. If you value your jewelry and expect honest service, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
