I’ve done business with Giorgio since 2020 and he’s always accommodating and pleasant and most of all honest. He is a fixture in this town and always great with his customers… don’t like seeing negative reviews from sour people.
He’s not even worth a one he is so rude. It’s ridiculous. I highly recommend not using this jeweler. I’ve actually known him since I was in the Virgin Islands back in the 70s and he hasn’t changed one bit. Do not recommend!! I was also overcharged for one pin in a bracelet!
I went to ask about an engagement ring and his first question was “How much are you going to spend?” After explaining how I wanted my ring, he told me he didn’t have it, then he told me to come back when I was ready to buy it. What terrible customer service.
Great experience. The father and son team were very friendly, knowledgeable, and fair on their deal with my watch. I will definitely be returning.
