Just stopped in for a quick watch repair and it became the highlight of my day. It’s like stepping into a time machine of history and culture. The owner is as helpful as she is entertaining. A perfect host! We will be back.
This place is awesome. Theresa is the nicest, funniest, most charming person I have met in a long time. Her store is adorable with some real great finds. I only wish I lived closer because I know Theresa and I would be great friends.
Theresa is amazing ! She’s a sweet lady and can handle any type of jewelry repairs you can throw at her. She helped me out with resizing my Tag Heuer watch bracelet and did a great job at it. She also has a nice selection of antique and custom made jewelry that I bought for my wife.

Theresa is the cheekiest, sweetest, funniest lady, met her today as my husband and I had a day out in Chester. Jewelry Box was the first store we popped in to, such gorgeous jewelry and delicate clothing for women. Purchased a stunning velvet blazer, and desperately wanted to buy everything else in the store but had to contain myself! Thank you Theresa for being so personable and making us laugh! We will be back soon
