Theresa is amazing ! She’s a sweet lady and can handle any type of jewelry repairs you can throw at her. She helped me out with resizing my Tag Heuer watch bracelet and did a great job at it. She also has a nice selection of antique and custom made jewelry that I bought for my wife.

Theresa is the cheekiest, sweetest, funniest lady, met her today as my husband and I had a day out in Chester. Jewelry Box was the first store we popped in to, such gorgeous jewelry and delicate clothing for women. Purchased a stunning velvet blazer, and desperately wanted to buy everything else in the store but had to contain myself! Thank you Theresa for being so personable and making us laugh! We will be back soon

Stopped in for the first time today and loved how intimate and welcoming the store is. The vintage pieces were amazing and the pieces made by the owner were gorgeous. Had a lovely time picking a new ring and chatting with the jeweler. Can not wait to return next time I visit.
