They have an amazing and beautifully curated collection. I have purchased many jewelry pieces from them over the years and continue to return because of their exceptional quality and service. My children even surprised me with a pair of earrings for my birthday, and most recently, I purchased an engagement ring for my son. Several of my friends are now planning to visit as well. Negative STARS!! Do not purchase from The Jewelry Box in Asheville Mall. My 18 year old daughter used her hard earned money to buy (me) her momma a beautiful double heart necklace from this place as a Christmas gift. I only wore the necklace to church 1 time and 1 of the diamonds fell out of it. I took it back to The Jewelry Box on Jan 11 to see if they would repair or replace and they told me it was my fault because they sold it to my daughter without flaws.
