They have an amazing and beautifully curated collection. I have purchased many jewelry pieces from them over the years and continue to return because of their exceptional quality and service. Negative STARS!! Do not purchase from The Jewelry Box in Asheville Mall. My 18 year old daughter used her hard earned money to buy (me) her momma a beautiful double heart necklace from this place as a Christmas gift. I only wore the necklace to church 1 time and 1 of the diamonds fell out of it. I took it back to The Jewelry Box on Jan 11 to see if they would repair or replace and they told me it was my fault because they sold it to my daughter without flaws. I was there to change my watch battery and the scratch my watch.
Never go here. Too pricey. They don't keep commitment. Got custom ring and had issues 3 times after doing corrections The owner had promised he will take it if it didn't work well. Everytime we went he would do correction and give us back. After 3-4 correction we told he we don't want and he said he will try to sell it or do his best so I get my money back. He asked us to do the monthly payments regularly. Which we did thinking he would give us the money after deduction of making charges. He had the ring for more then a year... read more
I will never shop at this store again. If I could give negative stars I would. They use deceptive sales tactics. Specifically, they do not tell you that they do not allow returns. There are no signs in the business saying "All Sales Final". No mention from the salespersons. Only fine print on the receipt, which they did not show to me. The clerk just stuck it in the bag. Now I cannot return a watch that cost over $200, that I cannot use.
