Karen is amazing. She is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She took the time to explain the assessment process and options. Her office also resized a ring for me and managed to keep the original engraving on the inside of the ring. When choosing a ring size, Karen offered to let me try on rings with a similar width and style so we could be sure I was choosing the correct size. The office was also very efficient, returning repaired jewelry within three days.

My experience with Terry and Karen was easy and seamless. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with all of the pieces of jewelry I brought to them, but one by one we sorted the options out together. Some pieces I kept and am now clear on their worth and some pieces they bought, and I left with some money. It was very professional; they were very kind and I highly recommend them.
