I work at a nursing home and schedule rides for residents that need transportation to and from doctors appointments. There have been two incidents where the driver was an hour late, causing one of our patients to miss not only one appointment, but two! I called them to get an estimated time of arrival and they would tell me that they're 5 minutes away. Well, 15 minutes later they were still not there! My husband had a dentist appointment and Jewel Ride was so behind that he would of been late for his appointment. When you call for a ride they should show up on time. Many people depend on these rides. Jewel ride might need to hire more people. Do better

Now I can only speak for myself We have only had one incident with this company in which we was left without a ride back home but today Ms.Carol made up for that She picked my mother Mrs Lillie up on time & was so pleasant us We had great conversations & she was also the same driver to pick us up I appreciate her being nice being on time and holding general conversations with us We need more workers like her She is a true Diamond & this was the only way I could return the favor and give her a good review I hope it doesn't go... read more
