Went to have 3 watches checked out; 2 needed batteries and the other we didn't know what it needed. He quickly replaced the batteries and examined the third watch. It needed to be completely overhauled. He checked the internet for parts and gave us a fair price. He is experienced at his trade. Thank you Ernie for replacing my grandfathers broken metal stretch watch band with a nice leather watch band. My mother loved the look of the new strap. I highly recommend JewelRestore. Ernie is so friendly and accommodating. He fixed my necklace beautifully (I can’t even find where the break was) and in a timely manner. Go to shop for repairs and they have a lovely selection of jewelry.
