I am very impressed with the service and money paid for some bits and pieces of old jewellery. Highly recommended.
Dishonest and taking advantage of people. Avoid. I went in here to sell a bracelet which was inspected as 60g of 18K gold. I went in heavily pregnant and probably didn’t look like I knew what I was talking about and they completely took advantage and tried to rip me off. I’d looked online at approximate value to get and idea (worth approx $6800), the woman here offered $4165 (I’m so glad I’d looked online first!) I visited this shop to have a jump ring added to my necklace. The work was done well and the result looks ok, no complaints about the quality. However, I found the price to be way too high for such a small job. While I appreciate the craftsmanship, I’d suggest checking prices elsewhere before committing.
Went in to sell a yellow gold necklace with 9k chain and 18k pendant. The woman offered me half the market rate for the gold. No wonder they don't list the price that they buy gold for on their website. Although I asked that I just wanted to know how much I would get, she pressured me into selling it asking for my licence after coming up with her magic number. Many better places to sell your gold. Avoid
