I visited Jewellery Plus while on holidays to get a ring clip fitted, as my engagement ring was slightly too big. After the first ring clip snapped, I went back in to purchase a new one. Although the ring was purchased elsewhere, the staff member was extremely helpful and happy to assist. She immediately offered a refund without hesitation.
