The one star is for the gentlemen with grey hair who was not negotiating fairly and inflating the prices making arguments that did not make sense, and walked away leaving us waiting with no one to serve us. It's a shame they do that to returning customers
Shoutout to Ali for providing great customer experience buying gold for the first time. My friend spoke highly of the place and the hype did not disappoint . I purchased a beautiful necklace for a very reasonable price . They work with you and don’t fluster you unlike the neighbouring shops. Definitely a returning customer.
All the staff at jewellery Palace are super helpful and kind. They made sure we left super happy with our purchases. Specifically Ali he was the one who gave us good prices and was super kind. Will definitely come back again.
