Very very disappointed. I am from Adelaide, I bought from jewellery palace a personalised chain $1500(10g) +$25 postage which is expensive but I agreed to buy it. At the beginning he was talking to me but once he received the full amount of money, he stopped talking to me. And he sent me a second hand chain which is in the photos. I tried to call him no answer. Dishonest person and disrespectful. Be careful of this guy because he is not honest. Absolute RIP OFF.
Being tricked by the father he sold me one piece more than what it’s worth really disappointing and don’t recommend dealing with the father at all he will scam you for sure Also i have noticed that they have very bad service and actually rude sometimes
