Had 3 rings sized up, one to only 1 size larger and 2 very fine rings 2 sizes. There was no indication or discussion that they were going to charge $800 when I was dropping them off. I have had my rings resized before so I was expecting around 400-600. $150 - 200 max a ring which would have been generous for the fine rings!!!! When I asked about the price on collecting, the gentlemen just said to me the price of gold is expensive, that’s all! Absolutely amazing, their kindness and compassion, taking the time to create a beautiful pendant for our beautiful boys ashes we recently sadly lost his 2 year battleship with cancer. I Absolutely recommend this lovely couple & company for your next precious piece.

Came here to have a piece of jewellery readjusted. The piece they returned to me was of such poor quality i had to ask them to redo it. The owner however did not want to admit that the job hadnt been done properly, even when presented with photos of what the piece looked like originally and tried to get me to pay for the remanufacture. Poor service.
