Very friendly and helpful staff
Today I went to the store, and I was treated in a very kind and polite way. The person who helped me, Roselyn Purdy, is very friendly, and I would definitely shop there again
Came here a week ago and asked them to repair my gold bracelet as one of the links opened. Today it came off and I noticed they even solder like they said they would they just temporarily closed the gap because it opened in the exact spot they were supposed to solder. Disappointed I paid almost $50 for their soldering service and nothing.
I want to give a special thanks to Hieu for making this experience one that will last for ever. I appreciate the time, care and attention on my needs and wants. If your looking for a one stop shop on your jewelry needs Hieu will be able to customize and come through on anything you need!
