Came here a week ago and asked them to repair my gold bracelet as one of the links opened. Today it came off and I noticed they even solder like they said they would they just temporarily closed the gap because it opened in the exact spot they were supposed to solder. Disappointed I paid almost $50 for their soldering service and nothing.

This is my favorite company to buy quality jewellery from. My mom and me have bought over 20 expensive items for ourselves and gifts. I have never had any issue and always received extreme quality and fair to great pricing. The owner is always around making sure everyone is getting exceptional service. I can happily say I have my life jeweler as it's been over 10 years and I'm sticking with this company. Any shop this owner opens I trust and will buy from.
