I was very disappointed. I did my research and took my gems in to discuss having a couple of rings made and the lady who spoke with me didn’t introduce herself, I presume she was the jeweller, while speaking with me she was rude and condescending. I have had jewellery made for me in the past with another jeweller and the difference in how I was treated there as opposed to here is staggering. Unfortunately he has retired, and I have to say, she has turned me off wanted to have bespoke jewellery made.
Having realised that my cross had fallen off the chain due to the original link wearing through and snapping, I was seeking it to be repaired urgently. I was in Capalaba one day and just walked right into Jewellers Vault and asked the lady if she could fix this for me, im sorry but i did not ask her name. Without hesitation to help me, she reattached the two within 5 minutes. This might be the smallest job she could have ever completed but it had the biggest meaning to me. Hard to find a real jeweller. Most jewellery stores have salespeople only. A real jeweller can be a bit expensive, but at least you get exactly what you want. The jeweller at Jewellers Vault has the skills required to deliver some difficult requests and does an extremely good job.
Needed my rings resized and they did a fabulous job! So glad to have such a high quality jewellery service in the Redlands.
I am totally satisfied with the work and attention given to me.. The end result was beautiful. I would recommend the Jewellers Vault to to everyone. Thank you.
