Absolutely amazing experience with Ara and Karmen at Mark Jeweller. Both were so honest, kind and genuinely caring throughout the whole process. They repaired my childhood ring after it had been lost in the garden for years. It was badly cracked and had missing rubies, and I honestly didn’t think it could ever be restored. They brought it back to life beautifully, while still keeping all the sentimental value and memories attached to it. It means so much that I can now pass this special ring down to my child. My wife took in 2 rings to be repaired. One needed a diamond to be replaced. The other was an antique suffragette ring that consisted of 2 pearls a peridite and and amethyst. One of the pearls needed to be replaced. The jewels all needed to be the same height. My wife was told that both pearls would be replaced and that of they couldn't source half pearls they would make the settings deeper.
