DO NOT GO TO JEWELL TIRE. I went in for an inspection yesterday morning at 11am. After they finished the inspection and told me I passed, they requested my registration for the sticker. I got into a car accident a month prior and i needed the registration for all the insurance paperwork and forgot to put it back in my car. I told Robert Jewell i needed to run home and grab it. I called around ten in the morning about getting a replacement tire, their quote was the cheapest in the area and they had it ordered and installed by the early the same afternoon with exactly the price I was quoted. Will be back.
I was misquoted on my tire swap by $30.00. Maybe it was miscommunication, but whoever was handling the phone call was unsympathetic, and lacked very much personality. He had a “give me the money and shut up” attitude with me. Leaving 2 stars because at least the job was done well. Would recommend seeking alternative service due to customer service personnel.
Asked for a quote on 4 tires ...2 different types never heard back... and was referred by the state..The state got my review too.. Not friendly in person nor on the phone...I don't recommend this shop at all...drive an hour for better and friendlier service...
