I had to follow up a week after accepting the estimate to find out when someone was coming to fix my gutters - was told the next morning. Then got a text in the morning saying afternoon. When a crew did come around in the early evening, they were from another construction company (uniforms, truck, etc.) and unfamiliar with the job needs.
