Run by absolute slum lords. The laundry and shared areas are absolutely disgusting. I have to go to a wash and dry place since the washers and dryers make my clothes stink. The trash dumpster is usually overflowing. The appliances and condition of the apartments have not been updated since the 1980s. They are constantly turning the water off to do "repairs". Not just the hot water but all water so I can't even wash my hands or have drinking water and we aren't notified until after the fact. They also recently raised my rent ... read more
Grossest apartments I've ever lived at. Moved in from out of state so didn't look at it first. The basement is basically a meth den and the local news was recently here to investigate the rat infestation to name a few.
