This shop is very great would recommend! The customer service is good/prices for repairs. The place is pretty excellent inside/outside they also have lots of good equipment choices.

Working with Robert at Jewel equipment was a wonderful experience. We fitted our F350 with the top of the line 9.5 wide plow with the wings and LED light option . Highly recommend!!

I spent 2 visits and over $400 for them to service my snowblower. The first visit, they dumped the brand-new premium gas out and refueled it and charged me over $150. They did not do anything else to it. The second vis was over $250. I picked it up last Tuesday- by Friday it stopped running and now will not start. Don't spend your money here. My name is misspelled on the invoice

Went in here looking for a snowblower to purchase. After looking around and seeing the prices, I went back to my truck to google MSRP on the same units because prices seemed higher than I remember when online shopping. Sure enough, all prices were well over MSRP. After looking at all the machines and nobody coming out to offer help, I went inside to talk and see if they offered military or cash discount and found out they offer neither. Customer service is not good and prices are high

Dropped my snowblower off at the end of December and was given a 10 day estimation of completion. I called for an update after 2 weeks and was told parts were on order. No problem, I get it. Called again two weeks later and was told the parts have been there and they’d call back to figure out why it’s not done. No call ever came that time or the number of times I called over the following 3 months until it was finally done in April.
