Bought a new Arctic Razorback truck plow from them a week ago and shortly after getting it, it developed a issue lowering, it’s an intermittent issue so I knew was going to possibly be an issue to figure out. The guys at Jewel have spent their whole Saturday robbing parts off a new plow in the a crate to try to get our plow working correctly. This shop I would highly recommend; the staff are great! They also seem to do awesome work fixing stuff on my mower. There are lots of selections of equipment that I think are priced well. People say they would rather go to a box store and get it cheaper, but here's the thing: Jewell offers higher-end equipment that is honestly worth the money and doesn't break so often.
I highly recommend Jewell Equipment. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and their service department is excellent. I purchased a snow plow from them last year. They had it mounted and installed in record time. I had a minor issue with one of the cylinders. They swapped it out in an extremely timely fashion. Just purchased a generator from them today and I’m confident that they will stand behind their products.
Bought a plow from them brand new took it in for an issue in the first year of ownership, with a 2 year warranty. Problem was not fixed and still charged 180$ for an hour of shop time with zero service completed. Will not be returning for plows in the future.
I spent 2 visits and over $400 for them to service my snowblower. The first visit, they dumped the brand-new premium gas out and refueled it and charged me over $150. They did not do anything else to it. The second vis was over $250. I picked it up last Tuesday- by Friday it stopped running and now will not start. Don't spend your money here.
