Slow and incompetent. Buyer beware!
I called the owner and explained issue. He said to leave a text and he will try to make it out the next week. I waited 3 days after not hearing anything back and left another text, nothing. I called and no answer. Waited 2 more days called again and left a message. After 2 more days of nothing I left an email and no response. I waited until the end of the next week and texted again and to this date I have been ignored completely by the owner. Two thumbs up for the team at Jewell for getting our new house in tip top condition as we updated everything from gas to electric, and making time to get everything done QUICKLY! Special kudos to Justin for all of his hard work onsite with our multiple projects, from wiring our heat pump (which is how we first met them) to wiring for our new induction range and finally to getting our new heat pump water heater wired up - all while communicating really well... read more
