Khristy is incredible. I came in distraught over having to cut off my ring due to a finger injury. I mean completely upset and distraught. I don't take off my ring and we just celebrated our 10 year. Khristy helped in every way. She helped me cut off my ring and assured she could fix it, AND gave me a silicone ring to tide over my feelings. Green and purple were our colors, she gave me green and offered a purple for my wife. When my finger is healed, I will be back to have my ring fixed. Thank you Khristy. Truly.
