It’s difficult for me to write this review and I battled with whether to share my experience. Overall I decided while I ultimately do not want to impact the success of a business, I do think people need to be wary of taking their jewelry in for repairs. For back story, my now husband purchased my engagement ring from them which initially had a fire opal. He requested it be switched out with a ruby which they expressed was no problem at all. Excellent workmanship and fast prompt service. They. Had my wife's ring resized and ready for pick-up in 2 days. I will definitely bring more of my jewelry to them.
