My ring got caught on the couch and I accidentally bent part of the “wave” shaped accent on the band. I was super devastated it wouldn’t look the same, if it even could be fixed. My boyfriend brought the ring to Jewelfire and not only did they fix my ring but it looks exactly how it did before I messed it up. I don't normally leave reviews because most businesses fulfill my needs and that's really it; however, coming here, I really got above and beyond service from the people here. I brought in a ring that was found in a drawer and a gold chain that I had bought from a reputable place and they looked at both. Found both were fake. I bought a beautiful ring of sterling silver and gold while on a very special trip to Israel in March of 2025. The ring was extremely important to me. The center was engraved with the Hebrew lettering of the Shema from Deuteronomy 6:4 and would spin in the center of the ring. I accidentally let it wash off my hand and lost it into the garbage disposal where it was damaged terribly when turned on!
