Took some rings to get remade into something my wife and I would wear. Two and a half months later I got the pendants. I will start off with the good. They are good on the quality of craftsmanship and the price seemed reasonable. I'm not sure what the normal expected loss of material is when remaking stuff but in my case it was 32%. Went in with 19 grams came out with 13 grams. Between lack of communication, long moving timeline, and the seemingly high loss of material I can't recommend this place.

A huge 5 star review! My mom and I stopped in today. Kevin and Peter are absolutely amazing. Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable! We could have talked for hours. They are going above and beyond by taking my dad’s wedding band, and changing it to fit on my antique engagement ring. Both of these rings are so special to me, because they are within family. I will never go to any other place. The best part? Everything is done IN HOUSE!
