I had a great experience at Jewelers Workbench! I worked with a young man named Michael, and he was fantastic. He repaired the links on my chain quickly and did an excellent job. I also needed a new watch battery and was ready to pay, but he let me know I actually had a lifetime battery replacement and didn’t need to pay at all. That kind of honesty is hard to find these days. Very honest business with great customer service. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service with reasonable pricing for this day and age. Most repairs done on the spot while you wait, or while you shop. Very positive experience.
DO NOT TRUST. The jeweler said my bracelet from kay jewelers was fake then cut into it and stated it was real laughed then looked at his coworkers. I was suspicious but I let it go because I needed my gold bracelet sized before a special event, the work seemed great and I left happy. My clasp ended up changing color and turning green while the rest of the bracelet stayed the same color, also my card I paid with started getting charged at multiple stores in the same mall so assuming they skimmed me as I haven’t purchased anyt... read more
Not a trustworthy place. I went to this store to change battery for my two watches over two months ago. The guy said there were two kinds of battery to choose from, one is for one time change only, the other is for lifetime. So I chose the lifetime one and paid $120 for my two watched to be changed battery. I thought my watch should be good for couple of years at least, I was wrong.
