I would not recommend this jeweler at all. We entrusted John with an irreplaceable family heirloom that he then proceeded to lose. We gave it to him in November and did not find out until January that it was missing. It absolutely broke my heart since I have never given this piece over to anyone before, and for him to lose it was devastating to me.
