I was looking for the perfect ring and was able to find it at Jewelers on the park. From the moment I walked through the door Rozita was super helpful and attentive. She answered every question I had and went above and beyond making sure I was happy with my decision. Would recommend anyone to visit Jewelers on the park for excellent service and an amazing jewelry selection.
0 engagements with customers, I visited the store today and no one greeted me or offered to help me with anything. It was as if I didn’t exist, all I received were stares and 0 acknowledgment.
About 3 years ago I brought a 18kt gold large citrine stone ring from the sales women. I paid 3000$ for it. Got it appraised to sell at a few different places and guess what! The gold is not even 14kt and the ring has a value of $400-500$. It is as new as the day I purchased it and I have never worn it. I was scammed . She doesn’t do refunds. Stay away from this place. I’m pressure the other reviews are paid for or family and friends.
