I had 3 rings resized and within 3 hours of getting them back 2 diamonds had fallen out. After a couple of weeks, they replaced the diamonds and within 4 days, 1 diamond fell out. Juan would not replace even though Lorine had told me she would. He said it wasn't their fault, that this was a manufacturer's defect on my ring.
