I took two watches in today to have the batteries replaced. To my surprise Mark was able to switch out batteries on the spot. I was there less than 10 mins. Mark is personable, quick and fairly priced! I will return .

Excellent repair work! I made the mistake of trying to self clean jewelry with store bought cleaner and it took off the polish off nice earrings. Mark did an amazing job to polish it back to a beautiful shine again. Reasonable prices as well. Very pleased!!!
Poor customer service on the phone, they clearly didn't want my business!
