I asked Joseph to make an engagement ring based on pictures I found on a website, and it ended up being exactly what I wanted and it only took two weeks. Communication was great and he answered all my questions.
Wonderful, amazing, superb. Communication was extremely prompt, professional, and detailed. I was getting a stone replaced on an existing ring, which was a relatively small job, but I was made to feel important through the whole process. I am SO happy with the quality of the stone, and the craftmanship is amazing. The price was lower than expected, and the work was much faster than expected. Definitely recommend for any jewelry needs. Above and beyond.
