Their customer service people are terrible. I ordered a custom-made ring and was told 4 weeks. I called just to make sure it was still on schedule and was told that it would be ANOTHER 4 weeks. I asked what the problem was and was told I had to speak to the owner, Joe. Sounds fake to me. I was left on hold for about 10 minutes, and then this "Joe" got on the phone and had no idea what I was talking about, and then asked me what type of camera I ordered for my truck???
