Jewel 360 is an amazing company! Their training is incredible! I own a small jewelry store, and thanks to Jewel 360 we have an amazing website through them, and have gone from hand written tickets to all inventory add to the Jewel 360 Progam with printed tickets. I highly recommend them, their prices are unbeatable too.

The amount of issues that I had to deal with by switching to this POS made me lose more time than I gained back for my store.
Kaden went above and beyond with a fantastic attitude the entire time! We settled three issues, did screen shares, he put us on hold, but it was not a problem, we've got, and will continue to have a TRUCKLOAD of questions. Support from Jewel360 has always been top notch
Overpromised and did not have the expected features needed for a jewelry store... Too basic and many bugs... They are not jewelers... Wish I had done more thorough research... Do not recommend
