Salesman was pushy on the phone and wouldn't give me any information because he didn't know anything, he was just a scheduler. If you don't know what your product starts at price wise, that's a little concerning. Tried to give me the run around and didn't want to answer any questions without scheduling a 20-30min interview. First and foremost Jewel360 is redefining the tools of small jewelers. Our store has for years used an older POS system that is the industry standard albeit dated. After a bad customer service experience from that old POS, we decided to look elsewhere. Jewel360 was dedicated to serving us from the get go.
