Terrible experience. First the ring didn’t fit, they didn’t even have my size at all. Which if they would have stated that I would have just left. Simple as that. I kept asking her if they can change the actual ring size , she was gaslighting me telling me it’s perfect. The ring was a 7 and I’m a 5.5. That is no where near perfect. please do not shop at none of the jewelry stores located in the landing, they are beyond lazy, they do not want to assist any customers and how do you expect for people to support if you are rude and disrespectful. Never again, these stores do not even deserve one star, it is a slap in the face to make us select one star before our comment will even post. If you do not want to sell to our community, then move out and go somewhere else please, we can get someone else in your spot that would love to help the community.
