This location just recently made a major personnel upgrade and improvement. This location was definitely trending towards permanent shutdown. With the improvements from the new staff, I now enjoy my shopping experience at Jewel on 87th and Dan Ryan. I want to thank Jeremiah and James for their excellent customer service. Both went above and beyond and should be recognized.
The service is bad.
Only in the hood do you have 5 people behind the deli counter but only 1 servicing customers. And why advertise sales when you don't have the product? Please remove the daily specials, Saturday Nathans hot dogs, etc., not hot dog in site and employees act clueless when asked. The ghetto
