I would like to recognize Matt Baczek at the Jewel-Osco pharmacy on Lee St. in Des Plaines for his outstanding service. Matt is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always accommodating. He takes the time to understand my family’s needs and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely caring, and Matt exemplifies both. We truly appreciate everything he does! Highly recommend
Pharmacy seems to always be out of prescription medication that Walgreens and other places have regularly. Unable to provide an ETA. Also have tried updating my phone number with them multiple times to no avail so I don’t get notified of delays or shortages without a visit to pharmacy.
