The Jewel Osco Pharmacy. "You can transfer in any prescription you like, but you can never leave." I requested pharmacy transfer to a different pharmacy. Jewel Osco said they had no ability to act on the request, and I cannot myself request the transfer, despite the fact the requesting pharmacy already sent in their request the day prior. A poor patient experience.

This review is explicitly for the pharmacy at the Schaumburg Osco at Roselle & Wise!! I have never dealt with friendlier pharmacists than Ted & Byron!! Honestly, they both have always been so kind, patient, & empathetic with me. I take some medications that get some pretty intense/heavy scrutiny and they have never ever made me feel 'less than' or judged in any type of way due to my major medical setbacks in life.
