After going to Osco Drug for over 50 years including my mother father in multiple sisters and brothers I was treated by a technician horribly she was laughing at my sister for being in pain because she had an elbow replacement. Then I call the head pharmacist this morning and she said oh we don't see any problem. These people have a sickness of the Mind stay away or you will get hurt in some form or fashion. Usually crowded with people and store racks/products taking up walking space. Cleaning maintenance is lacking for the floors and glass display areas.
The young lady who called to confirm that I wanted my prescription delivered mispronounced my name. No problem. I pronounced my name and this young lady continued to talk as if I did not do so. I asked her " Do you realized that you just mispronounced my name?" She replied, " Yeah!" And continued to talk as so to say and what about it! I have had it will this particular pharmacy.
