I have been a customer for at least two years . Seem the longer i patronize the Jewel service the worse the service gets . I understand having to substitute on occasion. Recently I am not even contacted concerning necessary substitutions . I just given any thing , perhaps because I have not complained. I am a senior who doesn’t drive . I about DONe with Jewel. I been loyal. Loyalty goes just so far . I am DONE!!!

I went to Jewel grocery store on 183rd and Kedzie today, July 20, 2025 after church. As I was walking into the store, I noticed an older man leaning his bicycle against the store and grabbing a cart to come inside to shop. As I noticed that he grabbed a cart and his only known transportation at the time was his bicycle, I stopped and went back outside.
