I have been a solid Walgreens customer, but as of late, they are not able to keep up with the demands of prescriptions, and I have changed to Jewel-Osco pharmacy in the process of their delivery to my Home.
I had a great experience thanks to Lucy! I was having an issue with the home delivery service, and she went above and beyond to help me get it sorted out. She was incredibly helpful, positive, and professional throughout the entire process. Lucy made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier, and I really appreciated her kindness and clear communication. Excellent customer service!
